This policy describes how Solar Tech Advisor handles solar quote-review requests and related contact information.

Information submitted through forms

A quote request may include name, email, phone, ZIP code, average electric bill, consent status, and page context. This information is used to respond to the request, validate the ZIP and contact fields, and route the inquiry through the configured solar quote workflow.

Use of information

Submitted information is used to review solar quote options, route the request through approved contact workflows, maintain service quality, prevent spam, and comply with legal obligations. It is not presented as a guarantee of eligibility, savings, incentives, or financing approval.

Partner contact workflow

If a request is routed to a solar provider or lead partner, the contact process must identify the party that will contact the consumer and follow the consent language shown on the form. Users should not be contacted by unnamed third parties outside the configured quote workflow.

Tracking and analytics

Any advertising pixels, call tracking, analytics, or session replay tools should be disclosed before they are enabled. The policy should name the tool categories and explain how the data is used.
